100 °C {212 °F} or more.

Switch the ignition to off.

1.Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
2.Complete the “BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION”. (See BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
3.Remove in the order shown in the table.
4.Install in the reverse order of removal.
5.Complete the “AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION”. (See AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

Suction Control Valve Installation Note
1.Apply engine oil to the O-ring (A).
2.Set the O-ring (A) to the supply pump groove.
3.Apply engine oil to the O-ring (B).
4.Install the suction control valve and temporarily tighten the bolts uniformly.
5.Tighten the bolts in two or three steps.
