L.H.D.

1.Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

2.Complete the “BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION”. (See BEFORE SERVICE PRECAUTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

3.Remove the cooler pipe from the fuel filter bracket No.2.

4.Disconnect the sedimentor switch connector.

5.Remove in the order indicated in the table.

6.Disconnect the fuel warmer connector (Vehicles with fuel warmer).

7.Install in the reverse order of removal.

8.Complete the “AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION”. (See AFTER SERVICE PRECAUTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

9.Start the engine and verify that fuel dose not leak from the fuel system.

• If fuel leaks, reinstall the fuel filter.

• If fuel leaks, reinstall the fuel filter.

1.Remove the fuel filter bracket No.2 and fuel filter component as a single unit.
