Integrated rollover valve

Note

• The check valve (two-way) cannot be disassembled and inspected as it is built into the rollover valve.

1.Perform the fuel tank inspection. (See FUEL TANK INSPECTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

• If malfunction, replace the fuel tank. (See FUEL TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

Integrated evaporative hose

1.Remove the evaporative hose with the check valve (two-way). (See CHECK VALVE (TWO-WAY) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

2.Apply pressure to port A and verify that there is airflow with a vacuum of 4.14 kPa or more.

• If there is no airflow, replace the evaporative hose with the check valve (two-way).

3.Apply negative pressure to port A and verify that there is airflow.

• If there is no airflow, replace the evaporative hose with the check valve (two-way).
