Replace the urea pump, urea tank component.

Add AdBlue® up to the maximum capacity of the urea tank using the specified tool.

Start the engine.

Drive the vehicle at a speed of 10 km/h {6.2 mph} or more for 3 min.

|
Verify that the urea level of the urea tank is 100% using the following PID.
― TANK_LEV

Verify that the four gauges are displayed.
|
Verify that the MIL and the SCR warning light do not illuminate.
|
|

|
Switch the ignition to off.
|

|
1.Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See. BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2])
2.Drain the adblue® in the tank using the specified tool. (SEE AdBlue® BLEEDING/CHARGING [MZR-CD 2.2].)
3.Remove the service hole cover.

4.Disconnect the connectors from the urea tank side.
5.Disconnect the quick release connector from the urea tank side.
6.Support the urea tank with a jack.
7.Remove in the order shown in the table.
8.Install in the reverse order of removal.

1.Install the band clips shown in the figure.

2.Install the wiring harness as shown in the figure and secure it using the band clips and plate clips.

1.Align the urea tank so that the tabs are inserted into their installation holes.

2.Temporarily tighten the bolt shown in the figure.
