1.Connect the M-MDS to the DLC‐2.

2.Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

3.Verify that the voltage (M-MDS PID: MAP) within the specification. (See PCM INSPECTION [L3 Turbo].)

• If not as specified, replace the MAP sensor/boost air temperature sensor. (See MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR/BOOST AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 Turbo].)
