• Perform the following test only when directed.

Sensor Output Value Inspection

1.Switch the ignition to ON.

2.Monitor the ISV_POS PID using the M-MDS. (See PCM INSPECTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

― If not as specified, replace the intake shutter valve. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

3.Start the engine and warm up the engine completely.

4.Monitor the ISV_POS PID using the M-MDS at idle. (See PCM INSPECTION [MZR-CD 2.2].)

― If not as specified, replace the intake shutter valve. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
