Caution

• Inspect the CPP switch with it installed to the clutch pedal, otherwise the CPP switch may not operate normally after inspection. If the CPP switch is removed from the clutch pedal, replace the CPP switch with a new one.

Note

• Perform the following test only when directed.

Continuity Inspection

1.Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.Inspect continuity between the CPP switch terminals using an ohmmeter.

• If not as specified, replace the CPP switch. (See CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
