• Perform the following test only when directed.

Voltage Inspection

1.Switch the ignition to ON.

2.Monitor the EGRP PID using the M-MDS.

EGRP PID
0.8 —1.0 V

3.Start the engine and warm up the engine completely.

4.Command the EGRP PID from 0 to 100 % using simulation function.

5.Verify that the EGRP PID reading change according to EGRP commanded value.

― If not as specified, replace the EGR valve. (See EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD 2.2].)
