TCC stuck on

DETECTION CONDITION
• Difference of less than 30 rpm between engine and turbine speeds is detected when driving in D range, engine speed is within 1,000—3,000 rpm, TCC control solenoid is off, and ATF temperature is 20 °C {68 °F}.
Diagnostic support note:
• The MIL illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
• The AT warning light illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
• PENDING CODE is not available.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
• The DTC is stored in the TCM memory.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Deteriorated ATF
• ATF level low
• Line pressure malfunction
― Oil pump malfunction
― Control valve stuck
• TCC control solenoid stuck
• Torque converter malfunction
• TCM malfunction

VERIFY FREEZE FRAME DATA HAS BEEN RECORDED
• Has the FREEZE FRAME DATA been recorded on the repair order?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA on the repair order, then go to the next step.

VERIFY RELATED REPAIR INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
• Verify related service information availability.
• Is any related repair information available?
Yes
Perform repair or diagnosis according to the available repair information.
• If the vehicle is not repaired, go to the next step.
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT ATF CONDITION
• Is it normal?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Replace the ATF, then go to Step 7.

INSPECT ATF LEVEL
• Is it normal?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Add ATF to the specified level, then go to Step 7.

INSPECT LINE PRESSURE
• Perform the “Line Pressures Test”. (See MECHANICAL SYSTEM TEST [AW6A-EL, AW6AX-EL].)
• Is there any malfunction?
Yes
All ranges: Replace the oil pump, then go to Step 7.
Any ranges: Replace the control valve body, then go to Step 7.
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT TCC CONTROL SOLENOID
• Inspect the TCC control solenoid. (See SOLENOID VALVE INSPECTION [AW6A-EL, AW6AX-EL].)
• Is there any malfunction?
Yes
Replace the control valve body, then go to the next step.
No
Replace the Torque converter, then go to the next step.
7
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P2758:00 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all the disconnected connectors.
• Clear the DTC using the M-MDS.
• Perform the following procedure to ensure that the DTC has been resolved:
1. Start the engine.
2. Warm up the engine and transaxle.
3. Drive the vehicle in D range and make sure that the gears shift smoothly from 1GR to 6GR and TCC is operated.
• Is the same DTC present?
Yes
Replace the TCM, then go to the next step.
No
Go to the next step.

VERIFY NO DTC HAS BEEN PRESENTED
• Perform the “Reading DTCs Procedure”. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM DTC INSPECTION [AW6A-EL, AW6AX-EL].)
• Are any DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
No
DTC troubleshooting completed.
