Caution

• Be careful not to drop the electric power steering oil pump as the internal parts of the EHPAS CM could be damaged. Replace the electric power steering oil pump if it is subjected to an impact.

1.Remove the front mudguard (RH).

2.Remove the under cover.

3.Remove the splash shield (RH).

4.Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.If the bracket (front) is removed, perform the following procedure.

(1)Remove the washer tank. (See WASHER TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

6.Remove in the order indicated in the table.

7.Install in the reverse order of removal.

3	Electric power steering oil pump component (with hoses)
4	Sub tank
5	Suction hose
6	Return hose
7	Bracket (rear)
8	Electric power steering oil pump component
9	Bracket (front)

Connecting Bolt Removal Note

1.Removal the connecting bolt and then drain the power steering fluid.
