• Audio panel (without car-navigation system) malfunction

• Tune to desired station and push channel preset button 1 for about 2 seconds to store it.
• Repeat above for other stations using PRESET switch 2 to 5.
• Push channel preset switch 1 to 6 one by one.
• Are stored stations present?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Go to Step 3. (without car-navigation system)
Replace the car-navigation unit. (with car-navigation system)

• Turn ignition switch to LOCK and then to ACC.
• Check if preset stations are stored by pushing preset switches.
• Are stations stored?
Yes
The system is normal. (Explain preset procedure to customer using Owner’s Manual)
No
Replace audio unit/car-navigation unit (without integrated multi information display).

• Disassemble and reassemble the audio panel and audio unit.
• Activate the audio panel switch inspection mode. (See DIAGNOSTIC ASSIST FUNCTION [AUDIO].)
• Does buzzer sound when pressing each switch?
Yes
Replace audio unit.

No
Replace audio panel.
(See AUDIO UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY.)
