System does not load map data
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Map data (SD card) malfunction
• Inner lid is opening (not closed)
• Non-designated disc is installed
• Multi information display malfunction
Note
• After inserting the SD card of Navigation Map data, firmly close all of the lids.
• If the inner lid is not firmly closed, the navigation system will not function.

• Is the inner lid fully closed?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Close the inner lid firmly.

• Eject the SD card then insert the SD card again.
• Does the system load the SD card?
Yes
Troubleshooting completed.
No
Go to the next step.

• Replace with another vehicle SD car which functions normally.
• Does the map screen display normally?
Yes
Replace the SD card or renew the Map data (consult an expert dealer).
No
Replace the multi information display.
