1.Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.Remove the outer mirror glass from the outer mirror. (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL.)

3.Pinch the clip ends using pincers and detach the clips by pushing them forward.

4.Grasp the upper side of the outer mirror garnish and remove it by pulling it in the direction of the arrow.
