Driver-side/passenger-side

1.Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.Remove the front door trim. (See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.Remove the front outer handle. (See FRONT OUTER HANDLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.Remove the screws A, then remove the handle seat and plate.

5.Remove screw B, then remove the request switch.

Liftgate

1.Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.Remove the nut, then remove the request switch from the liftgate.

3.Install in the reverse order of removal.
