TCS OFF SWITCH, TCS OFF LIGHT OPERATION

• When the DSC system and CAN lines are functioning normally, the TCS OFF light illuminates for approx. 2 s when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position.
• When the DSC system detects that the initialization procedure for the steering angle sensor has not been performed, the TCS OFF light illuminates to warn of a malfunction.
• When the TCS OFF switch is pressed to disable, the TCS control, the TCS OFF light illuminates.

• To inhibit the TCS control, continue to press the TCS OFF switch until the TCS OFF light illuminates.
• The TCS OFF light illumination and DSC/TCS control conditions while operating the TCS OFF switch are as indicated in the table.
