DTC P2104:00 |
Intake shutter valve control system: Idle restriction |
---|---|
DETECTION CONDITION
|
• When the following conditions are met, the PCM determines that the exhaust gas pressure or boost pressure is the estimated value or more.
Diagnostic support note
• This is a continuous monitor (other).
• The check engine light does not illuminate.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA/Snapshot data is available.
• DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
|
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
|
• Prevents a combustion pressure increase by closing the intake shutter valve.
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• Over-supply of blow-by mist
• Oil suction into combustion chamber
• Fuel injector No.1 to No.4 malfunction
• Variable turbine geometry turbocharger actuator position sensor malfunction
• Variable turbine geometry turbocharger actuator malfunction
• Exhaust gas pressure sensor No.1 malfunction
• MAP sensor malfunction
• PCM malfunction
