1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. Remove the oil filler plug and washer.
3. Remove the drain plug and washer, and then drain the differential oil.

4. Install and tighten the new washer and drain plug.
5. Add the recommended differential oil through the oil filler plug hole.

6. After adding the differential oil, inspect the oil level. (See DIFFERENTIAL OIL INSPECTION.)
7. Install and tighten the new washer and oil filler plug.
