―  Control is maintained in the backup control
―  Power steering malfunction indication: Illuminated/Indicated
•  C200D:64, U2011:19, U2011:1C, U2011:62
―  Control disabled
―  Power steering malfunction indication: Illuminated/Indicated
•  U2011:72
―  An open circuit malfunction is detected in the one phase of the three-phase stator in the EPS motor
•  Control is maintained in the backup control
―  Other malfunction detected in EPS motor internal circuit
•  Control disabled
―  Power steering malfunction indication: Illuminated/Indicated
•  U2011:92
―  Control disabled
―  Power steering malfunction indication: Illuminated/Indicated

VERIFY THAT SAME DTC IS NOT PRESENT
•  Clear the DTC from the memory.
•  Verify if any DTCs are displayed.
•  Is the same Pending DTC present?
Yes
Replace the EPS CM (EPS motor), then go to the next step.

No
Go to the next step.

VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT
•  Are any other DTCs output?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.

No
DTC troubleshooting completed.
