Caution

•  When removing the rear beltline molding, apply protective tape to the positions shown in the figure to prevent scratches or damage. Otherwise, the flathead screwdriver could contact the rear door outer panel and the rear door outer panel could be damaged when detaching clips.

1.  Fully open the rear door glass.

2.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the positions shown in the figure, move it in the directions of arrows (1) shown in the figure, detach clip, and pull up the rear beltline molding in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.

3.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the positions shown in the figure, move it in the directions of arrows (1) shown in the figure, detach clip, and pull up the rear beltline molding in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.

4.  Rotate the rear beltline molding in the direction of arrows (3) shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the tabs.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
