Caution

•  When removing the front beltline molding, apply protective tape to the positions shown in the figure to prevent scratches or damage. Otherwise, the flathead screwdriver could interfere with the front door outer panel and the front door outer panel could be damaged when detaching clips.

1.  Fully open the front door glass.

2.  Insert tape-wrapped flathead screwdrivers into the positions shown in the figure, move it in the directions of arrows (1), detach clip, and pull up the front beltline molding in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.

3.  Insert the tape-wrapped flathead screwdrivers into the positions shown in the figure, move it in the directions of arrows (1), detach clip, and pull up the front beltline molding in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure.

4.  Rotate the front beltline molding in the direction of arrow (3) shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the tabs.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
