Note

•  The integrity of the audio amplifier cannot be determined from a single part. When inspecting the audio amplifier, perform the following procedure.

1.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.  Perform the DTC inspection for the connectivity master unit (CMU) and verify if any DTCs related to the audio amplifier is detected. (See DTC INSPECTION [CONNECTIVITY MASTER UNIT].) (See DTC INSPECTION [AUDIO AMPLIFIER].)

•  If DTCs are detected, repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC INSPECTION [CONNECTIVITY MASTER UNIT].) (See DTC INSPECTION [AUDIO AMPLIFIER].)

•  If DTCs are not detected, repair the malfunctioning location according to the symptom troubleshooting. (See SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING [ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM [WITH CENTER DISPLAY]].)
