Removal Procedure

1.  Drill the spot welds in the 14 locations in area A shown in the figure.

2.  Using a belt sander, sand the arc-spot weld in the 2 locations in area B shown in the figure.

3.  Remove the brace reinforcement.

4.  Rough cut the area C shown in the figure.

5.  Drill the spot welds in the 26 locations in area D shown in the figure.

6.  Remove the floor side panel No.1 front.

7.  Drill the spot welds in the 29 locations in area E shown in the figure.

8.  Remove the floor side panel No.1 rear.

9.  Drill the spot welds in area F (LH: 11 locations, RH: 12 locations) shown in the figure from the rear wheel housing.

10.  Remove floor side panel No.2.
