Removal Procedure

LH

1.  Rough cut the area A shown in the figure.

2.  Drill the spot welds in the 14 locations in area B shown in the figure.

3.  Remove the front side frame (outer) and the front side frame reinforcement (outer) at the same time as shown in the figure.

4.  Drill the spot welds in the 18 locations in area C shown in the figure.

5.  Remove the front side frame reinforcement (inner) from the front side frame (inner).

6.  Rough cut the area D shown in the figure.

7.  Remove the front side frame (inner).
