Removal Procedure

1.  Rough cut the 2 locations in area A shown in the figure.

2.  Grind the arc welds in the 10 locations in area B show in the figure from the trunk room side.

3.  Drill the spot welds in the 16 locations in area C show in the figure and open end of the rear fender lower panel to the direction of arrow (1).

4.  Drill the spot welds in the 6 locations in area D show in the figure from the trunk room side.

5.  Drill the spot welds in the 58 locations in area E show in the figure.

6.  After lowering the rear end panel in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure while peel back from the stud bolt.

7.  Pull the rear end panel out in the direction of arrow (3) and remove the rear end panel.
