Installation Procedure

1.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in 10 locations in area A, 22 locations in area C, 4 locations in area E, 27 locations in area F, and 93 locations in area I.

2.  When installing the new part, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

3.  After temporarily installing the new part, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 10 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.  Plug welds in the 6 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the front pillar (inner).

6.  Plug welds in the 22 locations in area C shown in the figure and install the front pillar upper reinforcement.

7.  Cut and join the part to area D shown in the figure.

8.  Plug welds in the 4 locations in area E shown in the figure and install the front pillar reinforcement (upper).

9.  Plug welds in the 27 locations in area F shown in the figure.

10.  Plug welds in the 3 locations in area G shown in the figure from the interior and install the hinge reinforcement.

11.  Cut and join the part to the 2 locations in area H shown in the figure.

12.  Plug welds in the 93 locations in area I shown in the figure.

13.  Plug welds in the 9 locations in area J shown in the figure and install the cab side frame outer (front pillar outer).
