Installation Procedure

1.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding the 105 locations in area B shown in the figure.

2.  When installing the new part, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

3.  After temporarily installing the new part, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Cut and join the part to the 3 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.  Plug welds in the 105 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the cab side frame outer (rear fender panel).
