Removal Procedure

1.  Drill the spot welds in the 16 locations in area A show in the figure from the engine room side.

2.  Drill the spot weld in the 1 location in area B shown in the figure from the engine room side.

Note

•  When drilling the spot weld in the 1 location in area B shown in the figure, do not drill through-holes in consideration of the workability when installing.

3.  Drill the spot welds in the 8 locations in area C shown in the figure.

4.  Grind the arc welds in the 4 locations in area D shown in the figure.

5.  Drill spot welds in the 9 locations in area E shown in the figure.

6.  Drill the spot welds in the 3 locations in area F show in the figure from the interior.

7.  Remove the wheel apron component.
