Installation Procedure

1.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in 1 location in area B, 4 locations in area D and 9 locations in area F.

2.  When installing the new part, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

3.  After temporarily installing the new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 16 locations in area A shown in the figure from the engine room side.

5.  Plug weld in the 1 location in area B shown in the figure from the engine room side.

6.  Plug welds in the 4 locations in area C show in the figure.

7.  Plug welds in the 4 locations in area D shown in the figure.

8.  Arc spot welds in the 4 locations in area E show in the figure.

9.  Plug welds in the 9 locations in area F show in the figure.

10.  Plug welds in the 3 locations in area G show in the figure from the interior and install the wheel apron component.
