Installation Procedure

1.   Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in 6 locations in area B.

2.  When installing the new part, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

3.  After temporarily installing the new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 2 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.  Plug welds in the 6 locations in area B show in the figure from the interior.

6.  Plug welds in the 6 locations in area C show in the figure from the interior.

7.  Arc spot welds in the 5 locations in area D show in the figure from interior and install the rear side panel.
