Installation Procedure

1.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding.

2.  When installing the new part, measure the dimensions of each part following the body dimensions and align with the basic dimension.

3.  After temporarily installing the new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 8 locations shown in the figure and install the cowl side reinforcement (rear).
