id0116q4112500

Purpose, Function

•  The EGR valve adjusts the amount of exhaust gas passing through the EGR cooler to be recirculated to the intake manifold.
•  The EGR valve opens/closes the valve according to the control signal from the PCM.

Construction

•  The EGR valve is located on the EGR cooler.

Operation

•  The EGR valve opens/closes by driving the stepping motor of the EGR valve according to the control signal from the PCM.
ac9uun00002832
•  The stepping motor operates by the combination of coils No.1 to 4 according to the stepping motor step number (maximum step number: 68), and drives the shaft.
