Outline
• The heater system warms the front/rear heater core using the engine coolant warmed while the engine is operating, and warms the air passing through the front/rear heater core.
Function
• The heater system intakes a portion of the warmed engine coolant into the front/rear heater core and circulates it.

Operation
1. Engine coolant flows into the front/rear heater core by the operation of the water pump.
2. When the warmed engine coolant circulates in the front/rear heater core, the front/rear heater core warms up.
3. The air passing through the warmed front/rear heater core is warmed by heat exchange.
