Installation Procedure
Without sunroof
1. When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.
2. Drill holes for the plug welding before installing the new parts.
3. After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.
4. Apply body sealer to the roof reinforcement No.1, roof reinforcement No.2, roof reinforcement No.3, roof reinforcement No.4 and roof reinforcement No.5.

5. Spot weld the 4 locations indicated by (A) shown in the figure and install the roof reinforcement No.4 to the underside of the roof panel.

6. Spot weld the 20 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure and install the roof reinforcement No.1, roof reinforcement No.2, roof reinforcement No.3 and roof reinforcement No.5 to the underside of the roof panel.

7. Apply the body sealer to the position shown in the figure.

8. Spot weld the 31 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure.
9. Plug weld the 78 locations indicated by (D) shown in the figure, then install the roof panel.

6. Spot weld the 4 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure and install the roof reinforcement No.5 to the underside of the roof panel.

7. Apply the body sealer to the position shown in the figure.

8. Spot weld the 31 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure.
9. Plug weld the 78 locations indicated by (D) shown in the figure, then install the roof panel.
