Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Drill holes for the plug welding before installing the new parts.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug weld the 14 locations indicated by (A) shown in the figure, then install the rear side frame.

5.  Cut and join location indicated by (B) shown in the figure.

6.  Plug weld the 4 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure, then install the part of trunk floor panel.

7.  Place it inside the cabin in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure while tilting floor side panel No.1 downward, and lower floor side panel No.1 in the direction of arrow (2).

8.  Plug weld the 28 locations indicated by (D) shown in the figure.

9.  After repairing the ends of the rear side frame (upper), plug weld the 19 locations in area (E) shown in the figure and install the rear side frame (upper).
