Removal Procedure

1.  Drill the 4 locations indicated by (A) shown in the figure, then remove the HU unit bracket lower.

Note

•  Be careful not to damage the HU unit bracket lower during installation as it will be reused.

2.  Drill the 4 locations indicated by (B) shown in the figure, then remove the tire stopper bracket C.

Note

•  Be careful not to damage the tire stopper bracket C during installation as it will be reused.

3.  Drill the 6 locations indicated by (C) shown in the figure, then remove the tire stopper bracket A.

Note

•  Be careful not to damage the tire stopper bracket A during installation as it will be reused.

4.  Drill the 6 locations indicated by (D) shown in the figure, then remove the tire stopper bracket B.

Note

•  Be careful not to damage the tire stopper bracket B during installation as it will be reused.

5.  Drill the 94 locations indicated by (E) shown in the figure.

Note

•  When drilling the 94 locations indicated by (E) shown in the figure, do not drill a hole all the way through or there could be a problem when installing the new part.

6.  Remove the trunk floor panel.
