• The ATF level adjustment mode is used for adjusting the ATF level.
• While switching to the ATF level adjustment mode, the P position display of the selector indicator light flashes according to the ATF temperature.

• While switching to the ATF level adjustment mode, if the ATF is around the appropriate temperature (between 37 °C {99 °F} and under 47 °C {117 °F}), the TCM performs the idle increase control automatically.
• Verify the ATF level when the ATF temperature is at the appropriate temperature.
• Verify the ATF temperature using the M-MDS or the selector indicator light (P position display) flashing pattern.
• Refer to the Workshop Manual for switching the ATF level adjustment mode.
• If the engine is stopped, the accelerator pedal is depressed, or the vehicle speed is detected, the ATF level adjustment mode is cancelled.
