PERFORM DTC INSPECTION AND VERIFY THAT MALFUNCTIONING PART IS THEFT-DETERRENT CONTROL MODULE
• Clear the DTC using the M-MDS.
• Perform the theft-deterrent control module DTC inspection using the M-MDS.
• Is the same DTC present?

Replace the theft-deterrent control module, then go to the next step.

Go to the next step.

• Are any DTCs present?

Yes

Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
