SLIDE MOTOR INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the slide motor connector.

2.  Apply battery positive voltage to the slide motor terminals and inspect the slide motor operation

•  If not as specified, replace the slide adjuster. (See FRONT SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

	B+	GND
Forward	2A	2B
Backward	2B	2A

3.  Connect the slide motor connector.

4.  Measure the slide motor terminal 1C waveform during motor operation using the oscilloscope.

Condition	Voltage (V)
High output	4.8 or more
Low output	1.0 or less
