• The Bluetooth unit communicates information between the Bluetooth-enabled device and the vehicle’s audio/information display.
• Any Bluetooth-enabled device must be programmed to the Bluetooth unit for communication between the Bluetooth unit and Bluetooth-enabled device. (Refer to the Owner’s Manual for the programming procedure.)
• A maximum of seven Bluetooth-enabled devices can be programmed to the Bluetooth unit. If several programmed devices are within the communicative range, the Bluetooth unit communicates with the device that was last programmed. The devices which communicate with the Bluetooth unit can be changed optionally. (Refer to the Owner’s Manual for the procedure for changing communication devices.)
• A voice recognition function has been adopted for the Bluetooth unit. This allows the user to operate the mobile phone using voice. The Bluetooth unit is also equipped with a learning function to improve the precision of voice recognition.
• The Bluetooth unit utilizes a self-diagnostic function. This facilitates the system malfunction diagnosis.
