On-board Diagnostic Function

Malfunction detection function

• Detects overall malfunctions in the keyless entry system-related parts.

Display function

• If any malfunction is detected, the keyless warning light (red) in the instrument cluster illuminates to inform the driver of a system malfunction.

Memory function

• Stores malfunctions in the keyless entry system-related parts detected by the malfunction detection function, and the stored malfunction contents are not cleared even if the ignition switch is turned to the OFF position or the negative battery cable is disconnected.
