Caution

•  When replacing the auto light/wiper control module, the configuration procedure must be performed before removing the auto light/wiper control module. Replacing the auto light/wiper control module without performing the configuration procedure will result in system malfunction.

Note

•  Auto light-off system are integrated with the auto light/wiper control module.

1.  Perform the auto light/wiper control module configuration when replacing it. (See AUTO LIGHT/WIPER CONTROL MODULE CONFIGURATION.)

2.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3.  Remove the dashboard under cover (Driver side). (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the parking sensor buzzer. (See PARKING SENSOR BUZZER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3	Auto light/wiper control module

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
