High Beam Control (HBC) System

Note

• The FSC records the personalization setting information and controls the system based on the recorded setting information (previous set value) when the ignition is switched ON. The recorded personalization setting information is cleared if the battery cable is disconnected.

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2. After vehicle identification, select the following from the M-MDS initialization screen.

(1) “Module programming“

(2) “Programmable Parameters”

3. Select menu in the “FSC”.

4. Select an item name, and than select option.

Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) System

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)/Forward Obstruction Warning (FOW) System

Note

• The personalization setting for the LDWS/FOW system is switched by pressing the FOW/LDWS switch. If the FOW/LDWS switch is not pressed during a period of approx. 5 s while performing the personalization setting, the system returns to the system-on (operational)/off (non-operational) screen.
