Detection condition

•  The body control module (BCM) cannot receive CAN signal from the selector lever for 5 s or more.

Fail-safe

•  Perform the P position control signal control in a position other than P.

Possible cause

•  Malfunction in CAN communication line between selector lever and body control module (BCM)
