REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Caution

•  When removing the rear seat and taking it out of the vehicle or when entering the vehicle, the work must be performed by two or more people because contact with the surrounding areas of the vehicle could cause scratches and damage.

•  When performing the procedure with a rear seat removed from the vehicle, perform the procedure on a clean cloth so as not to damage or soil the seat.

1.  While moving the rear seat cushion lock lever in the direction of arrow (1), lift up the rear seat cushion in the direction of arrows (2), and detach the rear seat cushion lock from the rear seat cushion.

2.  While pushing the rear seat cushion in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, move the rear seat cushion in the order of arrows (2) and (3), and remove it from the hook.

3.  Remove the rear seat cushion.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Rear Seat Cushion Installation Note.)

Rear Seat Cushion Installation Note

•  After installing the rear seat cushion, press the cushion trim at the position shown in the figure in the directions of the arrows.

•  After installing the rear seat cushion, place the rear buckles as shown in the figure.
