SUNVISOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the position shown in the figure.

3.  Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, detach the tab, and then remove the sunvisor cap.

4.  Remove the screw.

5.  Move the sunvisor in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the hook.

6.  Disconnect the vanity mirror illumination connector. (With vanity mirror illumination)

7.  To remove the center adapter, perform the following procedure.

(1)  Using the remover tool, push the center adapter tabs in the direction of arrows (1) shown in the figure and remove the center adapter in the direction of arrow (2).

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
