LICENSE PLATE LIGHT INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the license plate light. (See LICENSE PLATE LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply lead-acid battery positive voltage to license plate light terminal A, and connect terminal B to ground.

4.  Verify that the license plate light illuminates.

•  If the license plate light does not illuminate, replace the license plate light. (See LICENSE PLATE LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
