CARGO COMPARTMENT LIGHT INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the negative lead-acid battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE LEAD-ACID BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the cargo compartment light. (See CARGO COMPARTMENT LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply lead-acid battery positive voltage to cargo compartment light terminal A, and connect the ground to terminal D.

4.  Verify that the cargo compartment light turns on.

•  If the cargo compartment light does not turn on, replace the cargo compartment light. (See CARGO COMPARTMENT LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
