Outline
• The distance to full discharge display notifies the driver of the remaining distance to full discharge.
Functions
• The instrument cluster displays the remaining distance to full discharge based on the high voltage battery level signal and electrical power consumption signal from the BCM.
Distance to full discharge calculation function

• The instrument cluster calculates the remaining distance to full discharge based on the high voltage battery level signal and electrical power consumption signal sent from the BCM via CAN communication. In addition, the calculation results are updated every 1 s.
Structure/Construction
• The remaining distance to full discharge is displayed in the multi-information display of the instrument cluster.
Operation
1. The instrument cluster displays (2) the remaining distance to full discharge in the multi-information display when it receives (1) a high voltage battery level signal and electrical power consumption signal via CAN communication from the BCM with the main power is switched ON (READY on or off).
