EMERGENCY CALL UNIT BATTERY RESET PROCEDURE [(E)]

1.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.  Switch the main power ON (READY off).

3.  Activate the M-MDS and perform the following procedure.

(1)  Press [Start] to start the vehicle identification.

(2)  Press the [Toolbox] tab.

(3)  Press the [Work Support] icon.

(4)  Press [Mazda Connect].

(5)  Press [Run] for [Resetting the Battery of TCU].

(6)  Confirm the Resetting the Battery of TCU procedure from Step (7) to Step (10) and press [Next].

(7)  Verify that the main power is switched ON (READY off), wait for 3 s or more, and then press [Next].

(8)  Switch the main power OFF and press [Next].

(9)  Switch the main power ON (READY off) again and press [Next].

(10)  Press [Next] to complete [Resetting the Battery of TCU].
