Installation Procedure

1.  When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.  Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 7 location in area A shown in the figure.

3.  After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.  Plug welds in the 7 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.  Plug welds in the 2 locations in area B shown in the figure and install the cowl side reinforcement.

6.  Install the apron reinforcement (lower) (rear). (See APRON REINFORCEMENT (LOWER) (REAR) INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT].)

7.  Install the apron reinforcement (lower) (front). (See APRON REINFORCEMENT (LOWER) (FRONT) INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT].)
